In
this role you will support the Marketing Manager to identify, plan and
deliver marketing initiatives that will drive and achieve the revenue
budgets, department objectives and KPI's in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and
Finland. You will ensure compliance to marketing and commercial
strategy across the Nordic and Baltic Region and ensure that marketing
activities are performed to plan and to budget. You will contribute to
deliver brand growth for Qatar Airways & execute communications that
target various customer groups.
You will work closely together with your colleague and report to the Marketing Manager.

Key accountabilities of the role:
- Support the design and implementation of an integral marketing strategy
- Ensure all marketing assets and brand exposure are in line with Visual Style Guidelines
- Support in planning and implementing customer retention activities
- Plan and carry out all ATL and BTL marketing campaigns
- Manage external marketing and PR agencies
- Manage internal and external events and exhibitions as well as attending out of hours events where needed
- Effectively carry-out communications to various customer segments
- Handle and coordinate budget tracking, monthly follow ups and other administrative tasks
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- A Bachelors Degree or an equivalent industry recognised diploma or qualification with preference to a degree in Marketing or Communications
- Experience coordinating and executing marketing strategies and campaigns; planning and analytical skills are a must
- Fluent communication skills in English and in one of the Scandinavian languages
- Computer proficiency & skills in a layout tool such as Adobe InDesign
- A passion for layout and content creation
- Experience working with administrative tasks with a keen eye for detail
