Following an internal move, we are currently seeking an experienced individual who will be responsible for providing analysis of cost drivers, efficiency and profitability for our cabin crew teams, in addition to identifying key areas for ongoing improvements.
Responsible for working with various key stakeholders across our business, you will monitor and analyse cabin crew performance standards, productivity, procedures and cost savings to meet both the business and regulatory requirements.
Reporting to our Manager Cabin Crew Resources, some key responsibilities will include:

Responsible for working with various key stakeholders across our business, you will monitor and analyse cabin crew performance standards, productivity, procedures and cost savings to meet both the business and regulatory requirements.
Reporting to our Manager Cabin Crew Resources, some key responsibilities will include:
- Providing analysis and regular updates on crew performance and absenteeism, induction processes and general expenditure by extracting data from various Jetstar departments, with the aim to ensure resources are optimised and profitable across all base locations
- Working closely with, and understanding our cabin crew rostering team to identify and suggest cost savings and increases in resource planning productivity
- Supporting our Manager Cabin Crew Resources with the coordination of our short and long term cabin crew resource plan including reporting, analysis, modelling of processes and ongoing compliance
- Developing mathematical models that drive the decision making process for key pattern planning, allocation and resource planning parameters
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels
- Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
- A strong understanding of understanding complex financial budgets and performance targets
- Demonstrated capability and commitment to improve efficiencies and utilisation, ideally within a larger complex organisation
- An understanding of rostering systems will be highly regarded
- Highly proficient Excel skills and experience with Data Visualisation tools (Tableau. PowerBI) an advantage.
- Outstanding interpersonal & influencing skills for dealing with people at all levels of the organisation
